Garima moved to Ireland from Delhi, India, over a decade ago to pursue a Master's in Management at UCD. Like many international students, she arrived with no local network, navigating the challenges of settling into a new country while building her academic and professional future. Today, she is an Irish citizen and a Senior Project Manager with a multinational company based in Dublin. Having experienced the international student journey firsthand, Garima brings practical insight, empathy, and a deep understanding of what it takes to build a successful life and career in Ireland.

With over a decade of experience in higher education, Dr. Brown has built an extensive understanding of Ireland's academic landscape. Having worked closely with universities and students alike, he brings deep expertise in navigating the complexities of higher education, making him a trusted advisor for students embarking on their academic journey in Ireland.

​Hersh moved to Ireland to pursue a Master's in Finance and has since built a successful career across multiple sectors in Dublin. With experience working in public sector companies like University College Dublin and the Land Development Authority Ireland, he also brings valuable private sector insight into Ireland's academic and professional job landscape.
